Taco Bell

We had to order on the kiosk, as they looked too busy. Not a problem. It was freezing inside and had to have my husband go get my coat. I had it to go in a hospital, where comparing the two places, I needed it for the restaurant. When our name was called for our order, we had to ask for cups. No ice in the drink machine, but we both realized we didn't need it. That's how cold it was. We just wanted to hurry up and go.

They mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go here. They also regularly force you to wait at the ordering screen until all the cars that have ordered have driven off so their wait time looks shorter. They will also make you pull up and then forget half your food or mess up the entire order. I’ve had to go in multiple times to get the correct or missing food and there’s other people waiting inside for the same reason. Go somewhere else because this location does not deserve your business.

Bad service ever i seen in my life i got cheesy gordita without beef or beans and i got hard sell taco without beans and i got wrong taco sell here some pic i post that what happen with me i never want to go again there Tottaly rough people and they talk tottaly rudly i never want to go this place ever again in my life

It's been 8 months since I've been to Taco Bell. We live locally and wanted to give them a chance. No one greeted me when I entered. They never acknowledged me. I stood at the register waiting to submit my order because I didn't want to use the kiosk. It apparently hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I waited patiently for 8 minutes before I inquired as to if orders could be placed at the register. I was rudely told it would be a while because they were short staffed. One employee was standing in the parking lot talking. She came in and saw me standing there and proceeded to the back and to immediately return outside. The person working the drive through finally walked over but wasn't engaging at all. It was as if I was bothering her. The music blasting on the speakers was club music. Not appropriate for a restaurant. This management apparently doesn't police their crew and they are allowed to do as they please. No evident customer service skills. Very unpleasant experience. Headquarters needs to look into this location. It's a disgrace to the corporation and the local community we have a business like this for visitors to drop in on. 12-31-21

Staff behaved as expected. Not straight out rude but not at all friendly. Not one employee spoke to us when we walked in. Cashier came to take our order and just stared at me waiting for me to order. Never said "can I take your order". Never spoke. We did get there just before closing...why we did take out. No changes to make order our way. Strictly menu...one combo w drink. Trying to show them consideration since it was closing time by giving a quick order. She spoke to tell my total. Those were the only words spoken to us at all. But...the food was fresh and not and the order was right.

The day crew is horrible you can't get any type of customer service, I was yelling asking for help and yet noone responded. I went there at night another time and the only person who helped me and she was on her break and realized noone was trying to help me I wish I got her name was a blonde haired lady she was very sweet.
