Great quality products in fresh food, meat tinned and other produce. Fresh fruit section really good with wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a fresh cheese counter with wide range of unusual cheeses. Also real useful place to pick up John Lewis online orders.

Clean and well staffed. It was early in the morning and very quiet. Staff were, as usual, friendly and helpful. Ongoing stock issues are now more of a problem. Alternative products are generally less available. Free easily accessible parking. Cafe has reopened.

Nice store and car park. Bit busy 3ntrance,but mid-afternoon pre-weekend rush, so expected. Helpful staff, and good quality products and even some bargains! C&C particularly easy. Pleasant experience

Midday on a Tuesday this is a nice and quiet little cafe, reasonably priced and good Customer Service.
General cleanliness could be improved. Many of the tables had crumbs and drink stains.
Decor was nice, but let down by the dirty windows and broken blinds.

Today I been to Waitrose and was great, I find all the products I was looking for and also I was talking to a lovely lady called Terry, she's such a lovely lady, always smiling, always helping in everything, she's in charge of the checkout.
I spoke to Terry and I told everything about how I feel about how every time I come to waitrose I saw her with a beautiful smile. She's the sunshine of Waitrose.
It's nice to feel welcome, the staff are extremely nice, I'm a regular customer I can say I'm a happy customer. Waitrose is a great supermarket but waitrose of Bromley South is the best, 100% recommend.
If you go to waitrose and if you're looking for any help, Terry's going to help you with a beautiful smile 😊

They cafe staff are so sweet. A tasty pumpkin latte. Quite a few shelves in the store were empty but there’s always alternatives. Good vegan section.

Excellent. We are regular customers of this branch. They have been well organised, stocked and sanitised throughout the covid era.
Today we used click and collect for the first time. Ordering went smoothly and was not rushed . Collecting equally organised and well distanced. Not rushed. Only slight hiccup is that frozen and chilled items have to be brought separately to the collection point which does slowdown process somewhat. Thoroughly recommended. Parking similarly well organised.

Popped in after work 8pm to look for something. Wanted (small fudge pieces or plain fudge) as I fancied baking over the weekend. Found small pieces in a tube, expensive no other fudge. Picked up bread and milk. Had a few marked down items but wanted to get home. Staff fairly friendly at the check out this time, a lot of the others were chatting between themselves didnt look very work or customer focused.
