Waitrose Cafe

Today I been to Waitrose and was great, I find all the products I was looking for and also I was talking to a lovely lady called Terry, she's such a lovely lady, always smiling, always helping in everything, she's in charge of the checkout. I spoke to Terry and I told everything about how I feel about how every time I come to waitrose I saw her with a beautiful smile. She's the sunshine of Waitrose. It's nice to feel welcome, the staff are extremely nice, I'm a regular customer I can say I'm a happy customer. Waitrose is a great supermarket but waitrose of Bromley South is the best, 100% recommend. If you go to waitrose and if you're looking for any help, Terry's going to help you with a beautiful smile 😊

Excellent. We are regular customers of this branch. They have been well organised, stocked and sanitised throughout the covid era. Today we used click and collect for the first time. Ordering went smoothly and was not rushed . Collecting equally organised and well distanced. Not rushed. Only slight hiccup is that frozen and chilled items have to be brought separately to the collection point which does slowdown process somewhat. Thoroughly recommended. Parking similarly well organised.

Popped in after work 8pm to look for something. Wanted (small fudge pieces or plain fudge) as I fancied baking over the weekend. Found small pieces in a tube, expensive no other fudge. Picked up bread and milk. Had a few marked down items but wanted to get home. Staff fairly friendly at the check out this time, a lot of the others were chatting between themselves didnt look very work or customer focused.
