Last two times I showed up, the "manager" had to be called from thr back then proceeds to prioritize baking bread and cookies instead of taking my order. Waited for 5 min while this went on with no one else in the store. Absolutely clueless

This Subway location is the best I have ever been to. The one man show that works there runs the most efficient shop as a one man show. He is fast and very friendly.

It's a Subway. Undervalued (and probably underpaid) workers, overpriced sandwiches. Don't bother asking for extra veggies, and be extremely clear (read: LOUD) if you're asking for "everything but-" something. In my case I asked for "everything but pickled and spicy..." And I got jalapenos and actual pickles (hard limit!) as well as banana peppers (delicious, but not for that particular sandwich).
I don't know if there's anything to be done about the physical communication barrier (sneeze guard is probably at fault here; it usually is), but I was salty in the worst way. Internally, that is- I'm entirely sympathetic to human error and the plight of food service workers in particular... but ugh. Picking off unwanted toppings when you're in a hurry is a bummer.
At least they were generous with the meatball sauce... and I can attest that I've had worse.

I have been to many Subways, but I feel it's worth showing gratitude for a Subway in Bloomington that doesn't make me feel like running away from it. In fact, the kind person working there made me feel at ease. So I am grateful for this, and I will probably feel good about returning to this Subway!

I have to give it 1 star due to my experience working there in 2006 when Heather was a manager there. She was terrible. And we had an employee Tim who mumbled under his breath that the customer was a b word... very unprofessional. And had customers that would call Subway hotline and lie about their sandwiches just because they had to wait in line......and Heather would fire employees because she was pregnant

Gave 4 star before..changing it to one star since they forgot to give my entire order. Missing cookies!

Good service. Everything is fresh. Also they have deals on hooked app during the day! They are very busy during lunch time starting at 12.

The man working was very rude and wouldn't give me all of the toppings that I asked for. Terrible experience and I won't be going back.
