Subway

It's a Subway. Undervalued (and probably underpaid) workers, overpriced sandwiches. Don't bother asking for extra veggies, and be extremely clear (read: LOUD) if you're asking for "everything but-" something. In my case I asked for "everything but pickled and spicy..." And I got jalapenos and actual pickles (hard limit!) as well as banana peppers (delicious, but not for that particular sandwich). I don't know if there's anything to be done about the physical communication barrier (sneeze guard is probably at fault here; it usually is), but I was salty in the worst way. Internally, that is- I'm entirely sympathetic to human error and the plight of food service workers in particular... but ugh. Picking off unwanted toppings when you're in a hurry is a bummer. At least they were generous with the meatball sauce... and I can attest that I've had worse.

I have to give it 1 star due to my experience working there in 2006 when Heather was a manager there. She was terrible. And we had an employee Tim who mumbled under his breath that the customer was a b word... very unprofessional. And had customers that would call Subway hotline and lie about their sandwiches just because they had to wait in line......and Heather would fire employees because she was pregnant
