Subway

Went to get me a chicken bacon ranch footlong and when i get home to enjoy my sandwich my chicken was still cold and i dont get it when they put it in the toaster wich it seems like they hardly toast the bread idk i wont go back they got me for a 10 dollar meal next time ill just go to McDonald's subway use to be fresh idk whats goin on now and day smh

I asked if they could chop up onions for me be cause i don't have any top teeth I got a "Ya sure only because we are not busy but never again" was the answer i received so i said forget it i would hate for them to have to do extra work just to be accommodating to a customer then this picture is the final result of a sad sandwich i received with the attitude that came with it when they went to ring it up they where even confused on what my wife got and had we not corrected them we would have been over charged just to top it off im not coming back to this location ever i suggest everyone try other locations this one is heavily lacking in customer service

Lady was very slow, she was talking to her friends that came in the store instead of focusing on my subs the whole time. Then she proceeded to pull off her mask when getting my cookies. Cookies were very hard and not edible at all. I work at a subway myself and know how you should act and treat the guest. The way she was, was not very pleasing at all. Would not recommend this subways restaurant.
