Waited close to 10 minutes to order, to find that they didn't have the flavor I would have liked to get and then tell me that they aren't serving food at this time. So I wanted to change my review. Even though my one experience was a one star it wasn't fair to give it. I have gone before and received satisfactory service before their for I'm giving a three star.

We went in to this Dunkin donuts last night at 5:30 and got some donuts and a coffee. The young girl at the counter was super nice and patient with us. Thank you and kudos for the amazing customer service.

I have to edit my rating on this dunkin from a 5 star to 3 star. I love their coffee but their prices just keep rising and rising. It's a true shame because other dunkins in the (close) area are way cheaper. I went to a dunkin the other day that's about 15 minutes away from this one and all hot coffee sizes were almost half a dollar cheaper there. Doesn't seem fair. I understand going somewhere far away and there being a slight price difference but that much of a difference 15 minutes away, there's no excuse for that.

Went here for a drink and food this past Friday and they weren’t serving any food because they were “short staffed” yet had 3 ppl working doing nothing. No customers even besides me. Laziness is taught on all levels but it’s becoming ridiculous at every Dunkin location in the area. Let me go in and make the damn sandwich and hashbrowns. Even when they make food or aren’t busy half the time the orders aren’t right. What exactly do employees at places like this think they deserve when the laziness and failure to pay attention is constant? Corporate should be doing something about it. Geneva location is the same way

If I could give 0 stars I would . There service was horrible . The staff was rude and treated us like we did not matter as customers. They were very slow when we ordered 4 small things , it took them at least a 45 minutes to give us our food. The worst service I have ever seen.

My favorite place to get frozen coffee. You can even choose different types of milk in your drinks. Coconut, almond, skim, whole etc!

Sometimes this place is always perfect and I believe it's because of new people constantly starting and leaving but the other day my coffee was finally made perfect 6 cream 6 liquid sugar and 4 shots of blueberry To complete my large iced coffee taste yum yum

Went today and took over 10 minutes in the drive thru with 5 cars. Got up to the window and one worker wasnt doing anything but walking around and playing around. Coffee we ordered didnt have half of the stuff we asked for on it.. kinda displeased with todays service
