I only went through the drive-thru, but it was pretty fast. I got the pecan chicken salad sandwich, which was really good. The bread was a little warm and very fresh. The orange cream milkshake was a delight! The employee in the window was very nice.

Waygu burger was hot (and delicious), but fries were not.
Service is friendly and while I wouldn't say I got my food quickly it has probably more to do with their process for their LTO item. Dining room is open now and kept clean. Men's restroom needs some maintenance and has a giant puddle.
Fairly standard experience but for me if the fries aren't hot then it makes for a poor food experience. I wouldn't swear off eating here but there are lots of options in the surrounding area.
Edit: Not a critic of this specific location but don't order the mac n' cheese. It just isn't worth it.

I have been to this Arby's several times and it always just seems to be a step below your typical Arby's. The food consistently comes with some issue and the line doesn't move too quickly. However, the workers are always helpful and friendly so that makes it a bit better.

Fast service and pleasant workers. Still has the same nice vibe as when I worked there. Only gave 4 stars because the lobby is closed.

Peter was Amazing our food and drinks were excellent. Seafood combo delish, caribbean jerk egg rolls were better than we could have expected. An overall wonderful experience. The wait had us feeling hangry but it was well worth the wait.

Food was yummy, but the restaurant is in desperate need of housekeeping. The bathrooms were dirty, men's sink didn't event work (employees knew but didn't mark it with a sign), floor, railings, and tables were all sticky.

Waited in line for 30 minutes when I finally got to the window I saw some person on their phone the entire time while I waited for my incorrectly made food with chicken that was obviously reheated. Pretty sure this location is drive thru only still so why is somebody on their phone the entire time and it's taking 30 40 minutes to get an order in your food

My wife and I patroned the East York location, store #6966 this afternoon. The supervisor, named Tyler, was EXTREMELY ignorant, rude, degrading and belittling of his employees. He also used inappropriate (foul) language in front of customers which was directed towards his employees. Nobody deserves to work under a supervisor like Tyler. I give a 5 star rating because, in general, I like Arby's and will continue to patron them in the future.
