I wanted to try a fresh BIg Mac. I requested a fresh one . They rung up cook to order. But have me a dry sandwich with no Big Mac sauce . Seemed like a sick joke.

The new easy ordering system is light years faster than the old walk up register service. It's McDonald's, so it's pretty much always the same wherever you go, so nothing special as far as Mickey Ds food is concerned. Fast, not especially friendly, and done correctly.

Ordered 3 frappes. Lady gave me 2. told me to pull up to wait on the 3rd. I waited 20 mins. And finally went inside and asked where my frappe was and the lady told me the machine was broke. I asked her why didn't someone come out there to tell me that and she walked away. Come back and gave me a refund but was very rude and wouldn't even speak to me when I asked if she needed my recipe. No respect or concern for customers

Where do I start… they need structure,leadership and a class in professionalism! Employees constantly yelling, managers yelling! One of the managers always have her kids there, running around the store ages 10 & 14ish. And to know surprise that means other employees bring in their kids, put them in the booth on their iPads 🤷🏽♀️ No wonder they are always behind in their orders! The owners really need to make a surprise visit along with the food inspector.

I have experienced since the pandemic that if you order online through GrubHub or Uber eats and have your food delivered that you actually receive hot fresh food and your order will be correct. I am not sure about yourselves but I have went to McDonald's countless of times and they have always got my order wrong and it wasn't fresh but by going through the app and getting it delivered to your home, actually makes a big difference, and I'm sure we can all agree that when we are hungry we want something hot and fresh.

Only 3 people staffed including the manager, which is not the reason for the rating. I picked up an order for my daughter and waited 30 min after ordering via mobile and watched 2 people who ordered after me get their food before me. The order wasn't difficult or special in any way. 2 double cheeseburgers, fries, and a tea. When I informed the manager I had been waiting and watched people get their orders before me even though they ordered after me, she told me she has no way of controlling what orders come up on the screen first and fills them when they come up. So either McDonald's puts their mobile orders as lowest priority or the manager was lying. This is the second issue we've had with mobile ordering at the York McDonald's. A few months ago, we ordered breakfast one morning via mobile and had the entire order get cancelled with no notice or explanation. When I confronted the manager about that I was told they didn't know what happened and never got a mobile order. I was asked to place the order via mobile again. I took my business elsewhere instead. Way to go McDonald's. This is one of the reasons why the fast food industry is failing.

Sorry but no reason to miss half of an order. " short staffed " or not. Seems more like an open excuse for poor work ethics

This location is always great. Food is hot service is great. Even though its a fast food franchise, great for a quick bite or lunch!
