We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Hemibry for catering for our wedding in October 2023. From the beginning, Hernan and everyone else we worked with made the experience easy, and both the food and service they provided was exceptional. Hemibry played a major role in creating a great wedding day. Many wedding attendees expressed it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and we appreciated their menu customizability and additional offerings, including a late night snack our guests appreciated. The bartending staff was also professional and efficient. I especially appreciated the way Hemibry looked out for us, including making sure we ate and setting aside drinks and appetizers specifically for the wedding party. Their strong service ensured we could focus on the wedding day itself instead of little details. I'd strongly recommend Hemibry for anyone planning a wedding in northern Virginia.

Hernan and his catering company exceeded me and my wife's expectations. He was friendly and professional. We hired them for our wedding (55 people, played), and provided excellent service from the start of cocktail hour to the end of the reception. The food, the staff, and the set up were all amazing! We would 100 percent recommend using them!

I am so happy we chose Hemibry as our caterer. We knew from the tasting that we were going to go with this company but still went to other tastings to compare. We came back! From the initial meeting and throughout the whole planning process it was really easy to deal with Hernan. He was extremely professional and responsive. He also offered a good selection of linens. For our wedding we had a big selection of foods, dessert, apps, and a coffee station as well. I was really happy to see the setup on my wedding day. Although not everything goes as you expect or want on your wedding day it was nice to see everything going right with the food. The presentation was beautiful and elegant and everyone loved the food. I am still getting calls/txts about how delicious the food was and inquiring on what company catered for us. During the wedding Hernan was around checking to see if there was anything we needed. The cake stand I bought was too wobbly but they had a backup that we used (phew!). We definitely recommend Hemibry to anyone looking for a good selection of tasty foods that come with excellent service. Thank you!
