Pizza Chef

Listen, I have had quite a few pizzas in my day.. I am 44 y/o. I have had both Windsor and Quechee Pizza Chef pizza quite a few times sometimes it can be a hit or miss depending on the circumstances considering the covid pandemic, staff shortage and certain times of the day, month or year especially holidays, birthdays and all that it can be difficult. On Sat May 21 2022 I had THE BEST pizza I have ever had in my LIFE! I ordered an all meat pizza with chipotle sauce instead of tomato sauce and added onion and ricatta from the Windsor Pizza Chef.. OMG my mind was and still is blown! WoW! I dont know who made my pizza but they should have quit after they made my pizza! Especially considering the rush and flow they were getting in there. I live a block away so I know what they go through and no this review isn't bias. I recommend the all meat pizza with chipotle sauce instead of pizza sauce with ricatta. You won't be disappointed! Great job Pizza Chef!

It's been going on 2 years that they changed this from the friendly neighborhood pizza place, to take out due to Covid-19 pandemic. It's consistently busy. I called ahead of my order was delivered before the time that I had requested it so that was nice. It has gotten more expensive with less work for them as far as customer service, servicing the table side and the bar that they used to have. I don't go there very often anymore. It used to be the hotspot of the community. You'd see your neighbors and catch up on news and now it's just in and out operation. But it's got all the classics, the salads, the subs,pizzas and the pastas.
