Mcdonald's

The place was pretty busy and the staff seemed to be under pressure (maybe had shortages) but clean and tidy. We ordered table service and the food came but the server had forgotten the dips so he said he would send another member of staff with them. This staff member didn't materialise so we had to go and get them from the counter ourselves. All the food was OK apart from one burger that was a little cold but due to the queue we decided to eat without complaining. All in all an average visit to a fast food restaurant.

It was an unpleasant experience because my order number was forgotten or already collected by someone else, which is understandable in a such a busy day, but the manager who attended us did not even apologized, which would have been enough to make us happy. Instead we had just received our order after everyone else basically left (they severved up to 20 numbers after us).

The restaurant was OK, not different from any other McDonalds restaurant. It was a bit crowded but they had enaugh staff and the waiting time was OK. The toilets were not working and everybody had to use the disabled toilet which was disgusting. That was by far the dirtiest toilet that I ever seen in a restaurant. They had a lot of staff members on shift but still very dirty toilets. I didn't expect to see something like this in one of the most visited places in Britain, across the street from Windsor Castle.
