Dunkin'

I ordered 1 everything bagel, toasted with extra plain cream cheese. I was charged $5.99, and when I questioned why it's nearly 6 dollars, the drive thru worker apologized for how expensive the charge is for extra cream cheese. The guy who made it said "I put a knife in so you can scrape some off. I put a ton on so you can get your money's worth. There's enough cream cheese for like 3 bagels on there" .. I didnt want an entire brick of cream cheese.. lol I just wanted more than what dunkin usually puts on.. which is barely anything. Guess theres no in between. I took a few bites and threw the rest out, it was a disguisting mess and tasted like lowfat or just expired. Won't be going back.

this location was excellent. I was there with my grandkids, one of them autistic, the employee were very kind and friendly to him. Hector and William were excellent with customer service. service was great but they went out if their way to make my grandson feel attended. We need more people like these 2 employees ... thanks for you service and kindness ❤

Upon opening a box of 6 donuts (that I ordered via app), I've notice that one donut was bitten. This is not about getting a free donut. I was disgusted that I ended up throwing the box with the donuts inside. I hope that the store will take this incident seriously and proper retraining of the staff must to be done. I emailed the corporate office about this. I ordered at 503 Windsor Ave. Windsor CT @ 10:45am. mobile order #459.
