Awful. Zero stars. Quality has bottomed. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt as their quality and consistency worsened,especially with local businesses struggling through the pandemic but, today is the last straw. I ordered an Italian sub to go and just before taking my first bite I looked in side the sub and found a dead fly in the slice of tomato. I cannot recommend Jim’s Pizza.

Awesome pizza!!! My kids ate even the crust!!! Service went the extra mile!!! Beautiful inside, nice music... we didn’t want to leave!!! We wish they were in Long Island, NY!!!

We often do take out from here, love their food&flavor. Very rich! Great local restaurant.

This was really disappointing. I waited an hour for my pizza and they brought the wrong one. And my options to fix it were to either wait another hour or get a refund. So I ate a free pizza with toppings I hate for dinner. :-(

This is an amazing spot in Windsor, and has been for SO MANY years. Food is still excell my, and the people are even better. It's a MUST STOP place for me.

Recently moved to the area and looking for a new take out place. Tried Jim’s tonight. I was told 25-30 minutes, got there at 30 and still waited 10 minutes only to be given pizza that was burned and crispy. Really disappointed
