I am very particular about my charlie cold foam and how it is made. I have had people mess it up however their customer service to make it better is great. There are two workers that make coming here a great morning routine and I am very grateful for them!

I came and ordered a Iced Caramel Coffee with Oatmilk and there was absolutely no milk in here whatsoever, and Its watered down only after 10 minutes of me receiving it. Very Dissapointing considering it was a $4 coffee and could not go back to have fixed and I got no receipt

Didn't get the order right, reversed the ingredients. We were on the highway before we knew, ughhh...but hopefully in the future they will get it right so we don't waste money again.
But things happen and we go on.

Today is free medium coffee with the dunkin app! I tried ordering ahead and couldn't figure out how to on the app so I waited 20 minutes in drive through and explained when I ordered I couldn't figure out how to get the free coffee on app but explained this while ordering. When I arrived at the window the employee proceeded to tell me "sorry honey I can't help you, I'm an employee and get my coffee free all the time". I could pay for my coffee despite having a free one available so I politely said thanks but nevermind. So much for customer service, they made my coffee and it was ready but then had to throw it out because I wasn't paying for a coffee when I had a free one but even the employees don't know how to use the app to access my free coffee. Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time and gas. How can an employee not be trained on these things?!

Something special about Dunkin’ in New England…always better and fresher! Yum!!

Lived it. Very professional, the lady noticed that a bunch of people were in town for a thing at the hotel and she made everyone's experience great there, yes we know it's Dunkin Donuts but to be able to sit inside and have all your brothers in there talking and having a good time and sharing their experience with the staff made for a really good day

Got the perfect bagel at this location. Toasted nicely with the right amount of cream cheese, not the usual 3 inch standard. Just watched them handle a serious lunch rush too.

Tables are not kept clean or in an orderly fashion. Area where condiments is dirty and sloppy. It’s raining outside and one of the workers decide to mop the floor. Sign to watch your step was not visible.
