Great Burritos made to Order and you can make and mix to your taste. Hot n Spicy or more Mild Meat or Chicken, Avacado, Mushroom Sauce, Tabasco. Options. We ate in plenty of seats as we were there on a Wed eve, but the line moves fast, the workers move fast and they are right downtown near Five Guys, Borders Book Store so pretty close to everywhere. Please Clean Tables!

Maybe I went there on an off-day but the service was bad. Line was very long and servers were in the back chit-chatting and did not seem to be in any rush to help customers. On top of that my bowl wasn't even 3/4 full with food. Giving 3 stars but will change it higher if I have a better experience next time.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to! Here is a picture of the finished product. I told the person who made it that I thought it was weak. He shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry, " than walked away. I went to the manager and she didn't apologize at all. Asked me what's wrong with it. I had to say " Recognition of what I was saying" still not getting my point. Who ever owns this franchise should really be ashamed of the product they puts out. If you want a good burrito your going to have to go elsewhere. 7/22/19. I asked for my money back and left...

One of the worst services I have ever received. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl for pickup. I even payed extra for extra chicken but when I opened the bowl after reaching home there was not even a single piece of chicken in it!! It is so annoying to find that the main item is missing from the food you ordered. On top of it I reported this back online as a feedback where I gave my cell number and email id to which I haven't received any response. Very unprofessional!
