Meat + 3 at its finest. Super helpful and polite staff. The food was exceptional. I had the country fried steak and my wife had the pork shoulder. The Brussel sprouts l, when in season, are a must have. The sides were all great and made us want to come back to try all the others! My wife went back the next weekend with her girlfriends and they were equally impressed.

We ordered pick up from Butchies for Fathers Day lunch. Although pre ordering the wait was a while but, we understand that holidays can be hectic for sure. We ordered an assortment of meals, country fried steak, chicken tenders, salmon, Mac and cheese, Nashville chicken sandwich, fries, yam fries, cucumber salad. The salmon was very dry and not much flavour unfortunately, chicken tenders were pretty overdone but otherwise, you could say it was a decent meal. Probably won’t be in a rush to go back .. however, it was OK if you’re looking for something different to try (and I see other reviewers have really enjoyed things so maybe volume got the best of them today.

I went to Butchie's in December 2019 on my way to a high school reunion. I saw them on the Food Network and wanted to check it out. The location has had many different restaurants and normally was a coffee shop. The menu has several items to choose from and if you like southern BBQ, smoked or buttermilk style chicken, then you will love this place. They also offer some great craft beers to add to the great taste. I enjoyed their smoked chicken wings. They were quite large and cooked perfectly. I hope to come back again soon when I am in the area visiting family and friends.

First time going here after hearing great things about it! Boy oh boy did Butchie's love up to their reputation. I had the Pimento Cheese Chicken sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese... Well yum doesn't quite cover it. My husband had a butcher burger and fries and LOVED it! Kept saying they were the best fries (and that's after we sat in traffic for 20 minutes so we could eat at home)!!!

First time here. Drove all the way from Mount Hope. We had American family visiting and I wanted to explore a new place with them. I had the chicken wings with the Alabama sauce and sides of devilled eggs, green beans and coleslaw. As frequent travellers, we like to try coleslaw everywhere we go. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich that had potato chips on it, and one side of Mac and cheese. Our nephew and niece had a BHG, which is a salad, large and colourful. I want to say I loved the meal but I did not. Although the wings were super crunchy, they lacked flavour. The sauce I picked was bland and slimy. My devilled eggs were ok, nothing special and the beans, ok, coleslaw...blah. I would say the whole meal lacked flavour, but amazing crunch on the wings, I just wish they were seasoned more or the sauce helped. There was salt visible on the wings. My husband said his sandwich was ok and our guests ate all of their food. I didn't hear any moaning similar to when you get a really good meal. It was a nice drive there, once. If I lived closer I might try another entrée and give this place a second chance. Friendly staff...and great sitting outside ! thank you

Such a shame…. This place was insanely delicious when it opened. I ate there at least once a month, prob more. I had it about 3/4 months ago and was not impressed at all but gave it another go today because the memories of what was were taunting me. It won’t happen again. 2 stars because the side dishes were ALMOST consistent to what they once were. The hush puppies got too salty and I love salt and I liked when they were just salty enough. The meat is horrible. The smell of it is even off. The owner needs to check back in on her restaurant because it’s gone down hill big time and there are high expectations when a celebrity chef owns and associates themselves with a restaurant.

I would say the food here is really good and you may have to wait a little but that is because it’s prepared for you and good food is worth the wait. My wife is celiac and can’t have gluten so for all you gluten-free people they have options here for you that are more than just a salad, including gluten-free buns for sandwiches. I had the nashville chicken sandwich and it was made how it should be, dipped is sauce on a nice bun, I only wish they put a nice layer of dill pickles on it to finish it off but nonetheless a proper sandwich. I have been to places that advertise ‘nashville’ chicken sandwich which comes out just as a plain chicken so you get the real deal here. The options for sides is plentiful and they are made with care and tasty. Mac and cheese is gooey with a little crumble and Caesar salad is nice, all vegetables seem fresh and well prepared. Definitely recommend especially if you have a gluten-free person who wants more than just lettuce wraps.
