Excellent people and pizza. I answered door late for delivery and food was on ground in front of door. Upon opening the door the man turned around and said “let me get that for you” and walked back to my door and picked up the food off ground and handed it to me. Great service here.
Unlike Dominos, Takes them 2-3 hours to deliver and then deliver the wrong order entirely.

Ordered a pizza, said it’d be a 45 minute wait. We waited an hour and a half before calling to ask how much longer it would be when they told us they canceled our order over an hour ago because we said we’d pay with cash. Nobody cared to call and inform us that our food wasn’t coming. Even after we called they could have at LEAST put us at the front of the wait list if we paid with a card. Nope, told us it’d be another 45 minutes.

Weston Pizza Hut pizza is ALWAYS DRY!! I’ve never ordered from there n the pizza has been good it’s like eating bread with just pepperoni on it I even called after i ordered asked very very nicely if they can put sauce on the pizza because there’s never any sauce on these pizzas idk how Wausau Pizza Hut can put sauce on but they can’t smh this is why I started driving to the Wausau one there pizza is always amazing!!

Ordered online and food was ready in a jiffy, for pick up. Cheesy bread sticks were a bit overdone, but this is a first. Staff was very friendly. Interior of store looks great. I've some downloaded the app, and think I'll try using that instead next time.

I was missing one of three things I ordered. So overall, the workers need to recheck the order is 100% complete, not 66%. The food is, as always, great. Just would have appreciated having everything that was ordered.

There was no sauce with our bread sticks and the hand tossed crust we are used to was not there. The crust is normal a crisp buttery garlic crust this crust was dry and flavor less. Was not satisfied with it at all.

I ordered half sausage on our pizza as well. It was on the order but when we got the pizza there was no sausage. When we looked at the order confirmation email sausage was not listed. So there was a disconnect from my online order to the confirmation. This has happened before was well.

Understanding weather conditions were not the greatest but our food was all cold . We had to reheat everything before we could eat after waiting over an hour for it to get here . Maybe try different insulated bags ? Otherwise I always order from you guys because your the best in town . So this one mistake will not scare me away :) :) :)
