Burger King

Fast & good service as well as very polite. Went there just to try their $1 tacos. Flavor I thought was good however don't think they're worth the price. Shells were to hard like they were nuked to long, meat only covered half the shell, 1 small piece of lettuce & only there was cheese because I really had to look for it. The meat flavor was there but there just nothing there to really call it a taco.

I ordered thru their app, got three whopper's, all with no pickles, no ketchup. I got a few miles down the road before I stopped to take a few bites and noticed 5 pickles on my burger. I turned around, receipt and sandwich in hand, returned them all, and the male manager Adam? Was very apologetic and understanding of the simple mistake, offered a full replacement, and was very cordial. Thank you to him. The female manager, who's name I was not able to catch, claimed that she personally made the sandwiches, and that they were "perfect" the pic proves otherwise. I then heard her chastise the other gentlemen I had spoken with for giving me a new order. I will say, that they young man who handled the situation did so very well! He even went above and beyond by offering a dessert as well, while the female manager scoffed, AND (And this is important) she also "forgot" the lettuce on one of my re-made burgers...thank goodness for the male manager.

The corporation has given up on this location and it shows. I remember it bustling when I was younger, but now it's an eyesore. The building is deteriorating so quickly you would think its abandoned. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to a different one in the area. I hope it gets condemned soon.
