Mr. Green Bubble

I just got the taro milk tea 25% sweetness with egg pudding regular boba and aloe. It was awesome I highly recommend. I have had several different teas from this establishment and they have all been wonderful. This place gets really busy sometimes but they have electronic kiosks or I have ordered by phone ahead of time and picked it up.

Come here only if you have 20-30 min to spare. They seem to be frequently out of key ingredients and they don’t let customers know until you wait for a long time and ask about your drink. They also have the biggest number of staff compared to other bubble tea places, but the slowest and the least communicative. Drinks are fine… it’s just hard to get them.

You would think that boba plays would have almond milk tea as a staple...but after expensive research one day, Mr. Green Bubble was the only place in the area that had it. After not having any boba drink over the last few years I was excited to go beyond my quickly, purple cow, and other UC Davis student boba start pack kit. But I was greatly disappointed with the lack of flavor in my milk tea. And the level of sweetness was, let's just say non-existent. It tasted like hot water, straight up. And not hot at all but warm. My friend ordered a drink as well and did not seem happy. Maybe I caught them on an off day but, nonetheless. Thank you but I'll stick to my starter pack kit.

Mr. Greenbubble is consistently great with their selections for beverages and food. It's an unexpectedly refreshing fast food spot. You go up to the counter to place your order. They make everything to specifics and call your name. There is ample seating and a few games to play if you decide to stay and relax. Today I had a champagne tea, fried tofu cubes and garlic fries... (btw, they use real garlic)
