Burger King

I expect mistakes from fast food places but this one if by far the worst. I say that because I’ve had multiple bad experiences from this particular location. There has been a couple times where they’ve been closed an hour or more before posted close time and they have either messed up or food was not cooked enough. This most recent time I went to try one of the new sourdough sandwiches and the sourdough looked like it was just smashed and not toasted at all.

Unorganized needs to get their stuff together! Been waiting in line for 15 minutes and still did not have order together this is incredibly disrespectful to drivers and customers! They need to get their professionalism up-to-date unacceptable! I asked him why the order was not ready and they just walked away and ignored me I actually had to raise my voice and ask again before I got a reply and I'm literally two feet from them maybe actually half a foot. So incredibly disrespectful! Come on guys get your stuff together you need to have a meeting about organization and customer service. Update they actually made me wait another five minutes after the 15 minutes because they forgot the entire order! This is crazy

Order was prepared quickly, but had incorrect item. Fries were not salted. Didn't provide any sauce for nuggets nor ketchup for fries. Drive-thru girl kept sounding annoyed as I read off the 4 items on my list, asking me quicky after every single item, "OK! YOUR TOTAL IS-" and then got ticked off each time I said I wasn't done yet. There was no line at the drive thru or inside, so it wasn't a busy or hectic time. I'll stick to the burger king on Broadway despite this one's convenient location.

Worst Burger King location ever. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DELIVERY APPS. The employees here are so incompetent that they will give away your order to the wrong driver without even confirming who are they giving it to, what was in the order or the name of the customer. To top it off, once your delivery driver shows up to pick up your order and the employees realize they gave it away to the wrong person they refuse to make it again and fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. How can you, as an employee, even start to argue that you won't remake an order when you gave it away to the wrong person?! Some people need to be fired. INSANITY
