Waffle House

What AMAZING customer service. We arrived in the area about 3:15 am and we were hungry. It was the only location open. We were greeted with a smile and hardy welcome from the server and the cook. They were so attentive to my needs. I shared of my egg allergy and pork allergy. He made sure no other items were prepared with mine. Very seldom are people mindful. Thank you for being such a blessing

5 Point WW Breakfast: Two orders of hash browns (4pt) with grilled onions (0pt) and jalapenos (0pt) and some ketchup (1pt). Add a grilled chicken breast (0pt) and you're set to go. The chicken we had this morning was flavorful, delicious, well spiced, and perfectly cooked. My wife, not a fan of the bird, even enjoyed it. She mentioned to our waitress that it was better than some of the more expensive places we enjoy who seem to try too hard with their chicken dishes. In all my years of eating WH, I've not ever ordered chicken. That stops today.

I had some Family from Out of Town for the Memorial Holiday. We came to the Waffle House. What an Awesome Experience!! From the Staff to the Food!! Everyone there did their job well. Courtney, Our Server was on point! Paid attention to anything We could ask for! It was a Great Time there for all of Us!! Make sure You stop by this Waffle House!!

Waffle house is a love/hate thing. The employees are always having arguments and the level of cleanliness is subpar. However the food and coffee are very good and I always leave satisfied with the meal. I've been in this waffle house 3 times this year and it is the same each time. Employees are good to guests but are very disgruntled with each other. Lots of food scraps all over the floor. Hard to find a waffle house with all the ingredients to get 5 stars.

Would give them negative stars if I could. Went there on a Saturday and they had the doors locked. A waitress says they were closed for cleaning. Then the cook comes outside and says if we take care of him and want to wait until the others are done he'll give us the vip section. This is waffle house not some five star restaurant. Since when is there a cover charge?
