The Starbucks in this Target is hit or miss. The last two times I waited while no one was behind the counter. It was open, but there wasn't anyone there. However, when there are workers there they are nice. I just wish someone would stay and run the shop.

This Starbucks is excellent. The quality of drinks are always high. The employees are friendly and encouraging. First rate! Try the carmel frappe!

Just sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes for the second time in a week. The first time, the person at the window was having a telephone conversation with someone about their Thanksgiving plans while she stood there holding my drink. Today, when I got to the window, there was no apology or explanation for the wait. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. No one has an extra 30 minutes in their day to sit in a drive-through line.

So, nothing in particular wrong with my coffee or service. Sure, it's too expensive but everyone, including me, knows that before heading to Starbucks.
The problem I had was variety and selection. I worked Ina coffee shop for 3 years while I was in college at Virginia Tech. We always had at least 6 different coffee flavors on brew all day until about an hour and a half before closing. Then we let things run out. All my mom and I wanted was a "regular" cup of coffee but something maybe unique to Starbucks or different from the run of the mill. For example, my mom wanted French Vanilla. Anyways, they had only one type of coffee on brew at 4:30 in the afternoon. That's it!!! This is a coffee shop, right?!?!?
I'll admit the coffee was good. No issue there. Then again it's very hard to mess up balck coffee with nothing else in it. But I was very disappointed with the selection. I guess Starbucks isn't too interested in selling "normal", non-specialty coffee anymore.
Another thing. Again, I worked in a coffee shop. I didn't expect a tip for simply getting someone a regular coffee. A massive special order cappuccino? Sure. But right there in the drive thru window was a tip box so big it actually hindered the girl from handing out the coffee. Obvious suggestion. That irked me.

This is a faux Starbucks. The customer service is not friendly, you add your own cream/sugar in a $5 cup of coffee, and they fail to make a cold foam properly. Drinks are watered down and they do not have the proper lids. Two thumbs down.

Visited recently and my barista was quick, kind, and courteous in making my frappe! However, this store apparently can't redeem most My Starbucks Rewards, only taking the 150 star rewards for free beverages.

Just went into Target for a frappe but the young girl said they were closed at 730...on a Friday evening. Site says 9 pm. So, I guess I have to drive out of my way and give my business to the other Starbucks. Never had that happen before but I won't bother going back again to have it happen anymore. Very disappointed right now.

Some of the best and friendliest baristas around. All the espresso drinks are great. No bold coffee in the afternoon, so be prepared to substitute something like an Americano, which is great by the way. Seating area could be bigger.
