I've been going to this location since it opened. The first few years it was a clean, nice place. My recent visit however, was very disappointing in that department. Every table was filthy the first time I scanned around to find a spot. My first choice was not an ideal location and I had to wipe the table myself. The floor was filthy around every table I could see. The booth I moved to had been wiped by the manager, but he missed the seats and I had to wipe those. The staff was super friendly but there clearly weren't enough of them. I'm unsure if they simply needed to hire a table buser or if they were just short staffed that night. But, I was horrified at how nasty the dining area was. The food was not as good as it used to be. Although my personalised pizza was delicious, most of what I grabbed from the buffet was not that great. The pizza was greasier than I remember. I'm giving 4 stars because of previous history but I sincerely hope these other issues are soon resolved. If I go back again and it's filthy like that, I will be leaving immediately.

Went for dinner here with the family, very friendly staff and great buffet variety. Blanca was very friendly and attentive as soon as we walked in, her enthusiasm made our dinner very pleasant, she walked around all the tables to make sure everything was okay with the food. Everything was clean and staff was very on point about removing plates from tables. Would definitely reccomend and return.

I havent been here in years but not this particular location. Went in around 1pm. Not much to choose from. My son tried to hand one of the workers behind the buffet place his order for his personal pizza and she kept walking and didnt even stop and just said hand it to someone over there and pointed back and we didnt see anybody until a lady came through. Thought that was a little rude. The young girl at the register was probably the only nice and friendly person working there. We wont be going back. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It wasnt friendly or even tasty.

The staff was friendly but they need to work on their hygiene. My friend was waiting for an order of pizza to go and we saw the young lady covering her nose then sneeze on her hands and never washed her hands. We told them to give us another pizza, due to her lack of hygiene and we got it with no difficulty.

I went to CiCi Pizza's and I order a take out order I went with some friends and the female manager (white) and another female worker (black) just started yelling at them because they paid for a buffet and I was leaving. The manager never ask who's pizza this was, never turn on the disk that I had. Just left the pizza on the stove for a while 20 minutes. I ask for my order and was ignored. So since this store didn't need my money I got it back.
