Got home to eat and this is what they gave me. The entire potato is rotten out on both sides and then covered with cheese to hide it. I’m not eating this and I’m not driving back to Verona to show them something they already know. You can’t cover a rotten potato with cheese and expect people to eat it and not get sick or notice. Absolutely feral.

I like Wendy's; I stop at one fairly often. The hamburgers are good, fries passable, and the frostys make for a nice dessert. I recently found out that the chili is pretty good also. This location is conveniently located for travellers on I81, so I stopped. However the dining room isn't open, and I hate eating in my car, so I briefly considered the Mcdonalds next door but eventually decided to get back on the road and go to the next exit where their Wendy's has the dining room open.

The employees are somewhat outgoing could be better their food is okay sometimes when I order food it's cold and that's why I don't go there all the time because from the first time I started going there to now the service has gone way down. I feel to keep a customer happy you have to make sure their food is right. So I'm here to tell you cold food doesn't make a happy customer hot food well prepared makes a happy customer and keeps them coming back.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The staff is so slow and are on their phones. Zero cleanliness while making the food (no gloves). In the middle of our order the chocolate frosty machine broke and they could NOT give us a refund. They said “they don’t do refunds here”. They were out of spoons for the frosts anyway and they took forever to give us our food. WORST WENDYS I’ve ever been to. DO NOT COME HERE! Reminder: They do NOT do refunds. So if your order “couldn’t” be completed you are NOT getting your money back.

First of all, it took forever to order, a good 20 minutes for the food, and the food itself wasn’t what we ordered. The fries and tenders were cold, we didn’t get 2 sandwiches because the “kitchen was closed” even though we paid for our food. And the manager told us he couldn’t help us. We have Ukrainian refugees trying your food for the first time, and they were very disappointed…

Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Worker was looking at his phone and no one was there to take orders, not sure if they’re understaffed but I should’ve went to Chik fil A

Got our order wrong couldn't get it fixed would've taken too long through drive thru and dining room was closed.
Employee at the 2nd window should be wearing a hair net. He looked dirty and unkempt. 🤮
I do NOT recommend this place.
We only went because the Chick Fil A at exit 222 closed early for New Year's Eve.
