Pizza Hut

After seeing all of the negative reviews I was really worried, but I had to have me some Spicy Double Pepperoni, so took a gamble. Arrived for pickup right at 10 minutes, indicated I was there, had to wait 5 minutes, but came out hot and fresh, friendly employee curbside drop-off, and food was really good. I'd recommend this PizzaHut location and will order from again when I get a craving.

We ordered 3 large pizzas. All 3 burnt and dry. Very obvious the pizza wasn't fresh. Looks like it sat out for hours and then warmed up and then sent out to us! Trash! I want my money back. Never going to this Pizza Hut again only because I looked at the ticket number! The pizza was made early afternoon and some one canceled and then hours later when we placed the order they gave us the left overs so it probably got brunt and dry when they had to reheat it! Who’s the manager …. You do stuff like this? Does the owner knw how you are managing his business??? Forget it it’s his fault to for hiring people that would do that

I order over the phone, I arrived after 25 minutes. They didn’t found it. So the girl told that they will be doing a new one. I waited more 20 minutes, when it came was undercooked. I asked them for st least cook it right senses I already waited so much time. After I waited about more 20 minutes they brought me completely burned. I made a video about it and in the end the girl show me the finger. You can see how it end up. Very disrespectful and gross people. I never was so disappointed this much in all my experience with Pizza Hut. This is shameful

Ordered my food at 10pm and got a message saying my order was canceled at 11pm when they were closed. I went to the store to speak to the manager and was totally disrespected to the point were I had to call the police so they could deescalate the situation. I was charged 72 dollars and wasn’t even given an apology. This is poor management and I will be back in the morning to settle this matter.
