They're usually better than a lot of the other KFC stores around the area so ill give them a 4. Most of my experiences have been decent and I haven't had too many issues. I have a lot of empathy for the staff here, flatstick on their feet all day, underpaid and take abuse from impatient and rude customers.

I literally come here everyday for the past one year. For the pas few weeks I can notice the change in the staff attitude. They ask you about the order in a tone as they are not willingly doing their job and forced to work there. I don’t expect KFC to actually hire someone so unprofessional and without proper training

Over the last 12 months this branch have consistently failed to meet the absolute bare minimum of ensuring an order is fulfilled correctly. Food quality and customer service are completely different topics. A few weeks ago I placed an order via the app which I picked up via drive through. Given the numerous instances of wrongly fulfilled orders I made sure to tell the staff at the drive through speaker to ensure my order is double and triple as it is always wrong. At the window I saw two staff members taking my food in and out of the paper bag checking against the receipt that it was all correct. But guess what? Upon reaching home I discovered there was a potato gravy missing, sauce missing and 1 piece chicken missing. I was so disappointed I didn’t bother calling and left a review on the app when their usual app prompts came through. I didn’t think it would go anywhere but a week or two later me a manager called me and I thought “hey, that’s a good sign”. I explained the branches decline to her and she offered me a store credit, to which I declined as I’d given up on KFC Tullamarine but had hoped the feedback would be relayed back to the staff. A few weeks went past and I decided to give them a chance again, instead of driving further to Keilor Road. Again we ordered through the app, a simple Cheap as Chips. And guess what? It was wrong!!! Again 1 piece chicken missing and ZERO nuggets instead of 6. This time I called straight away. The solution was for me to come back, wasting my time and fuel to correct their mistake. Why? If they do delivery why can’t they come and deliver to me what they failed to supply? As a consumer I pay for goods and a service. If I do not receive either of those it is not my responsibility to rectify the issue. It seems like KFC’s strategy is to employ young, incompetent staff. I would be VERY interested to know what training staff go through here. And when mistakes are made, the solution is to hand out “store credits” - and what do store credits mean? It means the money stays in KFC’s pocket and forces a consumer to return back to them. These guys are stealing our hard earned money and consistently short changing us. Not good enough KFC. Beyond appalling, disgusting and pathetic. Thank you for wasting my time in talking to a manager, it made no difference at all.

I've been ordering from this particular KFC store for years now and I have finally had enough. Every single time I order from this store, there is always something missing or wrong with the food, either it be missing drinks part of a meal or missing added extras that I ordered and PAID for. Disgusting and frustrating service, especially when you are hungry and just want your food.

Very sad dealings Around 4pm Sunday 28/3/22 ordered wicked wings and chips - had to wait 20 minutes for mediocre chips & stale chicken . Was too hungry to really notice at the time. In future the red flag would be the warmer packed to the brim - so NOT cooked to order. At least some of the staff on that afternoon don't care about the customer's well being (or life for that matter) do thry kmow people can get seriously/chronically ill or die from food poisoning ? Maybe they wanted a longer break ? 1:30 am woke up and vomited - won't be eating there again.
