Mcdonald's

I grabbed a quick burger for lunch. My latest McDonald's experience hadn't been a nice one so I was just hoping that this one might resurrect them. It turns out that the McSpicy pretty much put the nail on the coffin. There was absolutely no care in the assembly of the burger. I mean what else do you do when you "cook" at MacDonald's?

Yea, what can you say, McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The bathroom was not very clean. I haven’t purchased for a long time so I found using self ordering very difficult. Staff seem to not want to engage and I tried ordering at the counter. No one came after a short wait so I left without ordering. The model seems good but the delivery of service is disappointing.

This particular McDonald's has probably some of the worst customer service you could possibly experience anywhere.. the staff are rude and unprofessional, orders are hardly ever correct and the food is generally slapped together and cold, the terrible service at this McDonald's is probably the only consistent thing about it.. I Do Not Recommend McDonald's Westmeadows at all. 👎🏼🍟🍔🥤💩

ordered earlier this week at self serve a angus burger with medium fries and small juice with the option for them bring it to my table, honestly im absolutely suprised order wasn't wrong and the staff that brought it over to me did so in a professional manner. Toliets are ok minus the clogged basin and my Angus burger wasn't well presented when I opened it packaging. Would happily give 5 stars if you can fix the toilets or my angus burger next time.
