Glory Days Pizza

Caprese pizza had maybe 2 diced pieces of tomato and 1 quarter inch square slice of basil per slice for about $25. Had it remade, as my other pizza sat in the warming oven. The remake still looked NOTHING like the menu image. Had a couple of partial slices of tomatoes and a leaf on most of the slices. Never saw the manager, they let the front staff tell me they'd remake it. I don't even know if the manager bothered to look at the returned pizza, sure didn't make any effort to communicate with me. I had Talked friends into ordering from them, won't ever order from them again. Friends didn't want to get pizza there because the last 3 times of getting their pizza, they were made wrong. Hard to believe others haven't had issues since this was 4 times in a row with sub-par pizzas. My fault for trying to believe it would be better this time. Picture of remake. This has color at least, the first one was basically all white with brown drizzles.

Waiting on a pizza has never been more delightful. Two young ladies were folding boxes and engaged me throughout the entire wait. We laughed together like we knew one another. While the pizza was tasty, I ordered the personal size. I'm a little bit bigger than the average person. 😁...I guess next time I will try the next size larger!

Recently had to change my rating due to the sloppy and unprofessional work from the cooks to the delivery driver apparently standing the pizzas on end. The last couple of orders, one a pick up from Lake Shawnee and a delivery from the Wanamaker location were of the lowest quality that I've ever gotten from any Glory Days. Updated: Sorry George, I don't know what happened but it's not the quality that you used to keep it years ago. And your management staff needs to take several lessons in customer service.

I ordered by the slice over the lunch hour between 11 and 12 on 11-24-2021 I ordered two pieces of the Works and two pieces of the all meat to go. After waiting a few minutes the girl at the front told me there would be an eight minute wait for the works. I told her that’s fine I’ll wait after about 10 minutes my order was ready So I grabbed it and headed home to have lunch with my wife. We were very disappointed to find out that the ( fresh )works pizza I waited over 10 minutes for was throw away old and the all meat was not much better. I gave two stars because we have had good experiences here as well as other bad ones you think one would learn.
