Wendy's

3/20/22 at 1:07pm. Host name: Danielle Where do I even begin. I knew I should have drove off after the first 52 seconds we talked. Two different girls came over the headset one telling us to wait and the other telling us to order. The second girl started taking our order but out of no where the first girl stated talking through the speaker asking different questions. It was very confusing, the girl taking my order sounded like a zombie when talking to me. She messed up the order and after getting it right told me something along the lines of "your total is 31.41 unless you would like to add something else your total is at the window thank you" it made my brain hurt. When we drove up it was mayhem like any other fast food restaurant however. They gave us the wrong soda even though I asked for it multiple times. The burgers they gave us are cold and weren't really wrapped. I don't usually leave these kind of reviews but this was just sad

I ordered via a mobile app and went through the drive thru. The young lady at the window just opened the window and said "ya?" Handed us our drinks and walked away some other gentleman handed us 2 bags She came back to the window and closed it. After looking at our order we saw stuff missing so we circled back, tried the lobby this time but it was closed. Had to go back through the drive thru and ask for the rest of the order and straws. I must say that I don't feel that a "hi how are you?" Or a "thanks have a good day." is too much to ask and that's definitely the bare minimum for customer service. I don't typically write a negative review because I see how much it can potentially hurt a business. However, in this case I would rather drive 2 miles to a Wendy's that treats me like I'm not an inconvenience then to go to that one again that's only 4 blocks from my house.

I'd like to give this a 0 instead of a 1! Just went for lunch, during lunch hour on a Saturday, DOORS LOCKED!! LOBBY NOT OPEN I GUESS!! Some of us don't have cars and can't use the drive thru, and want to eat inside, but I guess that's not an option..congrats Wendy's, YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

THE BEST MORNING CREW EVER! THEY ALL NEED A HUGE RISE!! EXCEPT THAT ONE PLUS SIZE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN I ORDER MY ALL NATURAL LEMONADE. SHE WAS NOT NICE AT THE WINDOW, PLUS MUMBLED SOMETHINGS AFTERWARDS. MY FIRES WERE NOT FRESH MY BURGER WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY, SLOPPILY MADE. HOWEVER I WILL ALWAYS GO FOR BREAKFAST!!! CAUSE THEY ROCK!!

Have had too many problems with this location!! And no one to call about order being shorted. Employees look really bored and mad when you pull up to window. Like they would just as soon spit on you as do their job. I know everywhere is short staffed, but c'mon can't they at least pretend? For goodness sakes we are all suffering to varying degrees.
