As a former manager of subway I can safely say this is the best location in Thunder Bay! I really wish I had the staff that the Red River road location has now! Pat is phenomenal and my new favourite is “Cole” he is such a good kid and has a great sense of humour.

I arrived late on a road trip west from Ontario to BC and was greeted by a lovely young woman who professionally prepared a sandwich for me, a VERY hungry traveler. If you're the owner of this business, please thank your late night sandwich artist who helped me on Oct 1st. Everything was fresh and I devoured it quickly and was able to get back on the road.

We left the city quite early in the morning last weekend. We drove around trying to find a subway open early to grab subs to go for the road trip. We weren't even out of the parking lot we had them all half gone..Mmmmm. The subs were fresh, well made & delicious 😋..Chi Miigwetch for being open early. I had the Canadian Club on honey oat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions spinach, cucumbers, swiss, mayo, peppers & ⚫ olives. Mmmmmmm. Had rest for late dinner.

Its was a great sub, the guy Cole was really nice with the customer service, whatever i order for the sub he was doing with a positive attitude which i haven’t seen from long time, people usually having a rude face with zero customer service. Thanks for the great service Cole.
