Worst panda ever! Never go there anymore because literally every time I order from them, there is one piece of chicken! Pointed it out to owner on more than one occasion, owner shrugged it off like too bad

The really enjoy eating at Panda Express. They're a little more on the expensive side in terms of fast food restaurants so it's kind of a special treat when I do go there for my family. My problem is with the soy sauce. I happen to really enjoy my Chinese food a lot more when I have soy sauce with it. For some reason at Panda Express they make you ask for the soy sauce when you at the register when you pay for your order. That is fine. But when the cashier acts as though they are going way out of their way to get you some or simply lies to you completely about putting some in your bag already, that's what irks me. That's exactly what happened to me three nights ago. I didn't realize until I got home, a few miles away from the store that the cashier lied to my face and put no soy sauce packets in my bag. They act like the cost for those packets come out of their daily wages or something. I realize I can go to the grocery store and buy some for myself which is what I'll do, but my point is that's something they provide with your meal there and why should I be made to feel like I'm bothering the staff for asking for some or just flat out be lied to? I know I'm not the only person who feels this way about Panda Express, I've spoken to many people who all feel the same way. I wonder how many customers they've lost over this.

My fried rice was crunchy and spring rolls were slimy. Waste and I will be asking for a refund.

Panda Express is fairly consistent. This was no different. My only complaint is they always make a mistake on my order. I like white rice and mixed veggies or chow mein. They never get that correct. But the restaurant is always clean and the food always delicious.
