Jack In The Box

Ordered via DoorDash today, the driver was quick and on time. My issue is with the store. I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack sandwich. I’m pregnant and was CRAVING this burger, haven’t had it in a long time. I get my food and I’m eating while working, since I work from home. And 4 bites in I noticed it was chewy… like..jerky chewy?? I look at the patty and 1 the patty they gave me was a regular sized patty, didn’t even give me the thicker patty IT SHOULD come with, 2 it’s OLD AND DRY, and 3 ITS PINK!!!!!! IM PREGNANT and I was given an OLD and UNCOOKED burger!! I escalated this issue with DoorDash to which they helped me tremendously. I decided to call the store to let the Manager know what HER COOK decided to do. And all she has to say is “our food is going through fast”. Didn’t even let me talk. Didn’t care that I’m pregnant and ate UNDERCOOKED OLD FOOD!!! And then she hangs up on me FOR BEING UPSET I ATE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!!! If I get food poisoning and this puts my baby in danger. Best believe I’m suing.

It's fine. Cheap enough food. I go for the price more than anything. Some of the employees are great and very helpful and patient, others are not. Many times they'll forget something for my meal, and I'll usually not notice until I get home. I've started checking before leaving just to be sure, and I've asked for the thing they forgot, and they insisted that they didn't forget it. I didn't want to hold up the line so I left. They forgot what I asked for, of course. It's an ok place, all things considered.

Go to another one, don’t do this Jack. I went last night and the girl was just rude and unpleasant. I don’t expect excellent service but at least be nice, if you don’t want to work then don’t period. I ordered my food and then when I got to the window I asked for a cup of water and she gave me a look like “really” and gave me my cup not saying one word. Right before she gave us our food I asked if she could give me buttermilk, taco sauce, and ketchup. She heard me yet proceeded to hand me my food and as she was closing the window I asked again and she looked at me and shut the window. I know she heard me, I waited for a second and she never came back to the window. I didn’t get me ketchup or taco sauce just buttermilk. It just upsets me how she didn’t have any manners. To add on to the situation my food was not good …my all fries were old and stale. I felt uncomfortable returning and saying something because of that girl. I didn’t even eat my fries of how nasty they were, I’m paying for a service the least I could get is the minimum.

This place is terrible. It doesn't honor their hours. I had a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru but it was closed. I see the employees inside, I called the number and Carlos picked up and said that they are close right now. I asked him why since it was posted that they're drive thru was 24hrs. He didn't really have a response. I also asked how will I get my refund? He states that since it was mobile order, he doesn't think I'll be able to get a refund? Are u kidding me? He was not helpful at all.

I was ok at 1st with this place, nothing stood out, we parked and tried to go inside and the employees just stared at us, it was a locked door before closing hours...they motioned the drive-thru, we r traveling in a 36' RV, sorry not gonna happen...we tried to let them know, they didn't care...no walk up service allowed In thus area u have many options, I HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
