Menchie's Temecula Redhawk

Do not recommend this place at all!!!! They are out of SPOONS! We paid for the froyo and after had to argue with the person because they did not have SPOONS. Then they went to the back of the store and got spoons. So did they have or not? Oh btw, when the person gave us the spoons they were not wearing gloves!

They always have a variety of flavors for everyone including at least one sorbet flavor. My favorite has been the Dole Pinapple so far. Everytime I go, the staff is super friendly. Their Smiles rewards program is very rewarding if you are a regular! The reason why it didn't earn 5 stars is because of the lack of certain toppings that other FroYo joints have. For example, walnuts in syrup. Also, their spoons are the most cutest spoons ever! They come in pink and lime green!

My family and I just left Menchies and we were highly disappointed. It is ridiculous that it is 103 degrees outside and they were out of 5 of the flavors (chip chocolate, chocolate, reeses, strawberry and pineapple), and it wasnt due to being busy. We were the only people in there. 1 other person came in after we sat down and turned around and left assuming because they were out of everything he wanted. I just feel for how slow it was, instead of the employee standing at the register on her phone or staring into space like she was, she could have made sure everything was ready for customers. The only reason we stayed is because my daughter wanted to and I didnt want to disappoint her. Also, $10 for cups that were not even half full is a bit expensive. We will not be going back.

I first discovered Menchie's while attending college in San Marcos. Frozen yogurt is always a delicious treat year round in my opinion. When Menchie's opened up in Temecula, I was really excited and love coming here for a treat every so often. My only critique is that the fruit I like aren't available all the time but that's normal.

Here are some flavors we tried: * Going Bananas is nonfat, gluten-free and kosher; has live and active cultures; contains bananas and milk; no high fructose corn syrup. It tastes like a frozen banana cream pie. Marshmallow topping works great with this. Rating: 4/5 * Shredded Coconut is nonfat, gluten-free, and kosher; has live and active cultures; contains milk, nuts, and coconut; no high fructose corn syrup. It has a creamy coconut flavor. Magic Shell works well with this and tastes like a frozen Mounds bar. Rating: 5/5 * Dreamy Dulce de Leche is low fat, gluten-free, and kosher; has live and active cultures; contains milk and sweetened condensed milk; no high fructose corn syrup. It has a caramel flavor. Rating: 3/5 * Creamy Peanut Butter is low fat, gluten-free, dairy-free, and kosher; has live and active cultures; contains milk, nuts, and peanuts; no high fructose corn syrup. The peanut butter flavor is a bit too subtle. Rating: 3.5/5 * Dole Whip Soft Serve is nonfat, gluten-free and kosher; no high fructose corn syrup. It tastes almost like the Dole Whip you can get at the Tiki Room at Disneyland or at the Dole Plantation on Oahu. It's just not as sweet. Rating: 4.5/5 * German Chocolate Cake is low fat, gluten-free, and kosher; contains milk and soy; no high fructose corn syrup. This particular flavor tastes waxy. The chocolate flavor is just too underplayed. It needs a better balance of flavors to resemble a German Chocolate Cake. Rating: 2.5/5
