7-eleven

If there's ever a 7-Eleven to go to this is the one. The store was very clean and the staff member was very friendly. I had the big bite / Big Gulp combo and the dog was fresh and warm and the soda was cool and crisp. The biggest thing about the store it's a beautiful smile on that worker. I felt like I was part of the family what's the warm inviting atmosphere that was created from the personality shown.

This place is a one star because the “owner” is so RUDE! But I gave it extra stars because she actually hires people that care. I go here often. But it digs at me when I pull up and she’s working. She accused my niece of stealing and says it’s on camera. She let me watch it... Nothing on camera and nothing in her pockets. I didn’t make a scene. But I was embarrassed and angry. I don’t know who hurt her, but they should say sorry lol! She’s clearly still feeling that pain! Love the other staff though. Most locations have staff that couldn’t care less to connect.

Encounter with an older lady who supposedly owns the store proceeded to argue with me over every 711 policy of buy a mug refil for just 1$ with tax 1.09$ she wanted to charge me 1.64$ I asked why I was just at the same store the previous day refilling the same mug and only was charged 1.09$ and why over the last year since i bought there mug it's been only a 1.09$ she proceeded to tell me i was wrong along with the rest of the 711 stores and employees all over town and that she did not care 1.64$ is what the cost of a refill is. I really have a hard time believing 1 that this sour old lady owns the 711 and 2 if she did own a store like that an argument over .50$ is pretty appalling. At the end if the day its only .50$ not a big deal but I felt more like a customer who was dealing with an older woman who wishes she had made better life choices and not stuck behind a cash register making min wage on a Sunday afternoon.

Awful customer service.. Walked in store no greeting or anything from lady behind the counter. When i was done grabbing my items to place on counter the lady was playing pac-man game on her phone leaning over with the volume soooo loud it was ridiculous an rude. She finally spoke hi then was ringing items up an i used my debit card an while waiting for quick transaction she leaned over again an continued to play her game on phone. I sat for a second waiting on my recipe. I finally asked her if i can have my receipt. She didn't hear me over loud phone so asked again an she finally grabbed it an placed on counter an back to lean on other counter she went. I will never return to this 7/11. It's usually not the 1 i go to but said to myself i will make a convient trip but the rude customer service i will from now on pass this place up.
