Went today at 11am ordered a number 17 the one chicken breast meal combo which after taxes is around $10 was told $13 at the window i thought maybe the prices went up and they just haven’t changed it yet she told me to pull around for my soda so I did and she brought me a recite the receipt wasn’t even mine it was for a different women who I now have the credit card info and name of but lucky them I’m not a bad person who steals identity decided to look at my bank statement and was charged almost $20??? For a one chicken breast meal? And I don’t even got the right receipt cause they are scamming paid for my meal and that employees apparently hope she had a good meal on my dime cause it’s the last she’s ever gonna get from me

This place doesn't even deserve a star!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I placed an order online for pickup and they let someone else take my food. The manager was so unprofessional saying that they aren't liable for when the food gets picked up. I didn't even get an apology for their mistake for letting someone take my food. I would not recommend. The customer service is non existent!!

I got a huge craving for wings and went here and got the Nashville hot wings. Waited 12 minutes for them could not be more disappointed! The seasoning is uneven looks like the just dump it on there. Seasoning is bland and does not compliment the chicken at all. Drive through person was loud and short didn't even give me napkins.

An employee was by the register and doing something on her cell phone when I came in. I went and waited by the online order area. She didn't look at me or say a word. This went on for 6 minutes. I know the exact times because I went in when my order was supposed to be ready at 4:26. At 4:32 she took a drive thru order. Customer paid in cash. Without washing her hands after handling the cash, she went and made the order (scooped mashed potatoes into a bowl, etc). She had a couple of more orders, never washing her hands and still had not acknowledged me. At 4:40 I heard her say something about an online order to a co-worker. Oh, by now she had gotten my drinks and put them in the pick-up area. Still absolutely no acknowledgement towards me, during the 14 minutes I had been waiting. At 4:45 she brings my order and sets it by the drinks she previously put there and walks away. She still said nothing to me. The only reason I knew it was mine was because my name was printed on the receipt, plus I was the only customer inside. So, I waited by the pick-up area for 19 minutes without a single word or even a glance from your employees. There were 2 other employees there, one who took a couple of orders outside and the one who the horrible customer service girl told about "an online order." Holy wow, what absolutely horrible employees the Steilacoom Blvd. store has. What an unbelievably bad experience, and it should go without saying that I'll never order kfc again. This was my 1st time at a kfc in many years; I went because I wanted to try the Beyond chicken. Never again. PS. That girl has no business working with customers, because she's losing them for kfc. PPS. I understand orders may not be ready when the app tells you they are, but wow, acknowledge customers.

Could someone for the love of all that is holy just close this location for good!! They are never open during normal business hours. There's always staff inside just staring at you but claim to be closed 3 hours before posted hours. I've tried even during the middle of the day. Full staff. CLOSED!! just close this place for good. Please don't transfer any existing staff to other locations, just cut them out.

Incredibly rude staff, went through the drive thru to order and the girl taking our order interrupted us, had an attitude when asking us about what we wanted on our order and seemed generally unhappy to be there. The only question we needed clarification on was the number of sides, it’s not like we were holding up the line.
