Subway

I went in to this location bought 2 sandwiches paid 20.00 I then look at my bank account and I notice I have 2 additional charges at a Subway out of Ohio on the exact same day I was there. I called and spoke to a lady named Laura who was so rude and told me call her regional manager Clarissa and hung up on me. Poor service and poor customer service .

Go to the one by Great Clips the girls there are a lot nicer. I’m guessing manager, scrawny looking man, kicked us out for having a trailer (?) told us we needed to leave cuz we been there an hour (even tho they been basically empty that whole time and we parked in side so weren’t blocking people from getting in/out or parking in general). Guess just don’t like people actually sitting and enjoying there sandwiches inside? Won’t be back.

if i could give less starts i would. the worker shalanda was very rude to me when i asked her to cut my six inch in half, (a simple request) after staring and standing for 5ish minutes before even helping the other workers while there was multiple customers in line, continued to be rude as my s/o finished ordering and although she did have gloves on, it was not appreciated when she decided to finger through the sandwich after placing the vegetables on it. didn’t give us a bag to carry the food out until we had to almost yell to ask her. i tried very hard to keep my patients but it was definitely hard. i hope management can get her to work on her attitude, will definitely not be going back to this location anytime soon. definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go either.

Worst customer experience. The guy making our sandwich was pretty much mumbling under his breath. My husband said “I’m sorry?” Very politely. And the guy responded by actually yelling. My husband stayed respectful but I was fuming. Then the guy was frustrated that he couldn’t get the cheese slices apart and threw the cheese down really hard. Throwing a temper tantrum. He acted like we came in right before close (which is still no reason to behave that way) he was very monotone and treated us like we were inconveniencing him by coming into a sandwich shop…. To buy sandwiches…. He barely put any ranch on my husbands sandwich, and treated my husband terribly.
