Wendy's

Great frosties. Chocolate. Strawberries. O the fries are always great. Now the burger i ordered sucked. Nothing like the picture. Maybe a training day. Bourbon burger i wanted. I got this instead. My favorite part is the bacon. Needs to have 4 full bacon. Instead I got one split into 4 pieces. Thanks management. The Wendy's in Franklin does no do this. Nevermore. Hardie for my burgs

I went through the drive-thru and ordered. I checked my food and the order was wrong and item was missing. I went inside to show. The sweet lady up front corrected it. Very good customer service she has. My rant is for the ones putting orders together they need to take a step back and make sure the orders are correct before it's passed through the window. Its very irritating to pay for something and not get what was ordered.

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby with nobody in front of us before even being acknowledged. I counted 6 people working so “short-staffing” can’t be cited as the issue. Gabby continued walking by without even saying she’d be with us in a moment. Apparently, the drive thru is far mor important than people that actually took the time to come in. Don’t bother with this place

I think people don't stop and think about the workers here.. 90% of them are teenagers and no they don't always get the orders 100% correct but they are trying and they are working and most of them want to make you the customers happy and they will sit and talk to you while we make your food so you don't have too..... I think these kids should get more credit then you bad apples give them....

Terrible experience! Waited in line for nearly 20 min. The order taker couldn’t take my order accurately. Took 3 tries to order a large chili with cheese and onions, a grilled chicken sandwich, a small rootbeer and a medium rootbeer. When I got to the window the cashier reached out, grabbed my card, slammed the window and then returned my card without ever saying a word. I had to honk my horn and wave to get her attention again. I asked her for a receipt and she said, “Next window” and slammed the window shut. After waiting at the second window we finally got our order but no receipt! Very unprofessional and certainly not customer friendly. It will be awhile before we return to the Spring Hill TN Wendy’s.
