Mcdonald's

The fountain was broken so we were offered apple juice, milk or chocolate milk instead ... we were told they didnt even have water so we assumed that we were getting apple juice in a regular medium cup however these 3 options are kids size for the happy meals which was not clarified by the manager. We bought 4 meals ( 4 adults ) and when we were handed the food and asked if we were only getting 1 apple juice per person the response was rude and the manager raised her voice. Poor service and negative experience. Will not be returning to this location.

I went in to have lunch during their busy lunch hour and my order was taken fairly fast. I only had to wait for a few minutes to get my food. The fries were hot and fresh and the quarter pounder with cheese was also hot and juicy. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. This McDonald's location is on top of things!

They got all my food right but the "curb-side" pick up took kinda long to come out. Especially when it was 2 McDoubles, a small chocolate shake, and a small fry. Idk how it took them almost 10 minutes to get it to me they weren't even busy or I'd understand. Maybe just an off day for the crew. Like I said just a long wait time other than that it was good!

If I could rate this store as 0 stars I would.. My husband did a mobile order and asked me to pick it up after I had just got done driving all the way to Orlando, so I could pick up my kids dinner. We have done this several times and all I would have to do is go through the drive thru and give them my order number and I would receive my food, but this time I was told I had to come inside to pick up my order, so I did. When I went in the manager was not even acknowledging me, and was walking around talking to her employee. Then when she finally came up to me and asked me if I had an uber eats order to pick up and I informed her that I was picking up a mobile order and gave her the order number, she said she needed to see my husbands phone that I did not have cause I was picking up the order that he had given and paid for, she continued to tell me she couldn't give me the order without his phone?? I asked her if she could atleast call him and she told me no?? Before all that happened, I took pictures of how dirty and nasty this store was, including a pack of cigarettes and several drinks right next to the food prepping area.. Ewwww... Can we say covid McDonald's?? Never again will I be back to this restaurant!!

These people make mistakes then act like it's your fault. I bought my son a 10 piece nugget which is $4.49 I believe. I gave the lady a $20 and I was given a $10 and a quarter as change. I realized it was wrong as I left the drive thru and went inside. They said they would have to check the drawer. She comes back 5 mins later with attitude saying she was giving me the correct change "from her pocket" because the drawer was fine and that if I wanted money next time, I have to have a receipt. First of all, if I gave a $20 for something that's $4.49 and got $10 back, there's absolutely no way the drawer was right. Secondly your drive thru employee did not give me a receipt. Left a very sour taste in my mouth.
