Dropped off at 10:38 pm with my 12 year old daughter. Dark, tired and a bad area, we were going to sit inside and wait for our Uber. The young lady on duty promptly told us that we had to wait outside. If this is going to be a Greyhound pickup and drop off spot they need to accommodate customers with a bench outside, and a safe, secure place to wait for the bus, and/or a ride. When I asked for the phone number to speak to the manager in the morning, she refused to give it.

Will not be returning here. EVER. Cashier yelled st person ahead of us when asked why she wasnt wearing a mask. Then cashier claimed she was a trump follower and says she will not wear a mask. Then she proceeded to yell pro Trump comments at my 70 year old mother as we were leaving. If I could leave no stars i would. I blame the company and i will make sure not to give them my business. You need to protect your cuscustomers from Covid and your employees!!

The taller white lady with black hair is terrible. She doesn’t acknowledge you when your at the counter & is extremely rude & argumentive. The first time this week I went in to cash in a scratch off asking for my id which is fine I brought it to her and then scratched off my numbers to ring it in and she denied me my money because I “over scratched” it. But knowing you can punch the number in manually she said sarcastically said “welp guess I can cash it in”. I got my prize at another location who was much more helpful. Now today I went here again to buy another 20$ scratch off like I always do and she wouldn’t sell to me or my boyfriend who bought one alone earlier in the day once she realized who I was. I think it’s terrible service & no need to give a paying customer a hard time. From now on out I’ll spend the extra time driving to another location to get the service I deserve!

I would have called the police, but I didn't want to waste their time and mine. They think it is OK to steal your money. They refused to call a manager and refused to give me a refund. Basically, I paid for a carwash, the carwash had no soap. I mentioned it to the rude young man who was there. He said I could come back the next day and take it up with the manager or he could give me another carwash. I explained I will not be in town for several weeks. He could have cared less. He said call the police. OMG They stole my money. ...They got the cost of a carwash from me...but will never get my biz. How legal is what they did? I felt robbed and disrespected.
