Taco Bell

When I was growing up, Taco Bell seemed like a second rate fast food joint. Somewhere along the line, it became trendy. Funny, but I've always liked it. This location is one that I've stopped at many times over the past five years. I've always gotten good service and food here. This time was no different. I went simple: a pair of tacos, a burrito and a Dr Pepper. Hard to go wrong and they made them hot and fresh. Unlike some places, they give you plenty of napkins and sauces. Just ask. There are three other Taco Bell restaurants in the area and all are pretty good. This one might be the best of the bunch.

Weird experience and bad food. Bad everything. They seemed busy but one of their employees was super rude so I have to be honest here. It's taco bell and those people aren't paid enough, but this was especially bad. They had us pull forward and while we were waiting we discovered that both our sprites were just soda water. When their employee brought out our food, we let him know and he literally just said "I don't know" and walked away. It was really bizarre and off-putting. To top it all off, they also forgot the guac I paid extra for and there was barely any black bean. When you remove sour cream and cheese, you would hope they would give a normal portion of black bean. Also they put cheese in my potatoes which meant I couldn't eat them at all. I know special orders are hit or miss. This isn't the first time I've gotten a messed up order from taco bell and it won't be the last. It's what you expect from tb. It happens so often that we usually order extra to cover the expectation of mistakes. It happens and I typically don't say anything because I know what it's like to work in food. I'll keep going to other taco Bell's, but I had to leave a review based on how tremendously they messed up and the way their employee reacted.

1...not a napkin in the restaurant, told they were completely out. 2... Entire order was made wrong. The basic burrito, taco, Mexican pizza was made incorrectly. How possible to completely ruin 2 Mexican pizzas, 4 tacos and 2 burritos. Had all food remade and it was better but still not made correctly to order. 3....We went to get refills and 3 different selections produced nothing but soda water. Never going to this location again. No excuse for what happened with our entire meal .

There is something about this Taco Bell that their food seems better than other Taco Bell’s in the area. The staff is great too. One simple request, for larger orders, can you please label what is what on the burritos, etc.? This prevents a group of people from engaging into a pre-meal dissection process. Thank you.

I have been going to Taco Bell since the 70s, in Orange County California, where they started. Your Burrito Supremes are pitiful. It started falling apart as soon as the wrapper was opened, it was pretty sparse for a Burrito Supreme, all the sour cream was at one end and the other end couldn't hold the ingredients because it was so loosely wrapped. I only was able to eat half of it because everything fell out of the middle and end. I won't darken this store's doorstep again.

Ordered some cinnamon twists and they tasted kinda funny at first, than my mouth started tingling and I got a terrible metallic chemical taste in my mouth, went back inside to tell the manager and he tried to hand me a new bag instead of giving me a refund, he could care less. So instead of him looking into the issue he completely ignored it, just gave me a refund and sent me on my way... did a little research online and apparently this is a semi common thing when the workers fail to change the oil they fry these in or don't rinse any equipment properly with water after spraying with disinfectant... well done taco bell

Worst Taco Bell ever. Every time I go there they are out of something or if it's a big order they mess it up. 9 times out of 10 they're missing something. Which is why I stopped going there for the family. Only go there during lunch cus it's the closest. Today out of sauce and baha blast both the regular and zero. Which out of the baha blast zero is out more often then not. On top of all that they are rude when you point out their mistakes. Need managers and employees that know what they are doing.
