Food and service was terrible. Google map showed me that their closing hours was at 10pm. I made my order at 9pm and the young lady wouldn't serve me no funnel fries due to they was about to close. Keep in my I seen the store hours saying that they're close at 10pm but also had a sign on the window of the restaurant closing at 12am. Altogether the store manager needs to communicate better with the customers. Without us customers there wouldn't be any sales nor a job. Please do not waste your time going to this location!!!!

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I wish THERE WAS A 0 STAR BUTTON BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT YALL DESERVE!!! HoW DARE U PEASANTS GIVE MY HUSBAND THIS BIG WHOLE TOMATOE ON HIS BURGER !!! AND HE SAID ALL HIS FOOD WAS COLD !!! AND NAYA THE CASHIER AT THE WINDOW WAS SOO GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!! OH AND MY MOTHER N LAW STATED THAT THEIR FOOD WAS NASTY ALSO !!! GET YALL STORE IN ORDER !! THIS DESERVES TO BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE

Went to checkers on stateline rd in Southaven Ms and it was THE WORST experience in my life. We sat at the intercom for over 5 mins watching the employees hide and ignore our phone call ( should have left then) then when I got to the window, the store hours were posted 10 am - 12am, this is at 8:50pm, but when I ask to add funnel fries the cashier told us they didn’t have any because they were in the freezer and they were about to close, then I order a large and got a medium comb. When I got home and bit into my burger, I immediately spit it out because the taste reminded me of the smell of dog food🤢🤮! So I checked my chicken sandwich and it was full of grease so much that it’s was brown. And when I called customer service she was rude. I will be posting pics. And I hope they hire a whole new staff. These big corporations need to remember that without consumers they would not have any money, and I’m tired of spending my money where I’m not appreciated.

What is up with the employee? She was absolutely rude, huffing and puffing as if me making an order was bothering her. Sweetie, aren’t you at work. Like, who forces you to get this job? Sheesh, this location is ridiculous. Also, she totaled rushed our order. I wanted to order something else , but she was like is that all pull up. Yea, just like the run on above and it blows my mind. I hate unnecessary rudeness. I’m a store manager and I had a long day as well. Chill out. Ugh, where is the manager?

I ordered 2 number 1s and a number 2. Get to the window and she ran my card. Not paying attention because she didnt give me a receipt she only ran it for $12. So after giving me 1 bag she says she didnt hear me say 2 number 1s. She proceeds to tell me she will open the ticket back up to charge me the proper amount but now im sitting here with a $30ish and $12 ish charge. When i tried to tell her she got an attitude. Btw she was on her phone the whole time. The food was good but service is trash and now i have to call the 1800 number to get the second charge off. I typically stop at this checkers when I take my son to Le Bonheur because we dont have one close to our area at all but it may be time for me to find something else to try in the area.
