Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my partner. Staff were very friendly which is always a plus. As far as atmosphere goes it's a tavern so it's pretty nice and basic. The meals were really nice, the pork belly was melt in your mouth, parmigiana was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Chips and salad were fresh. Highly recommended place for dinner of you're interested in honest pub food

We came as a group tonight visiting from Western Australia and this place was brilliant.
The food was not only lovely the sizes were huge and the staff are an absolute credit to the place.
We will be coming back before we head home for sure.

Smithfield tavern has a great atmosphere. ....👌👌👌👌.Its not overly busy but not completely quiet. ....👍👍There is adequate seating, TV's and an outdoor smoke area.

Very friendly staff and they had fruit in the VIP area!! Bistro wasn’t open for a late lunch unfortunately so we didn’t stay long
