Went through the drive through to grab a quick burger. Had many from Harvey's at different places. Burger was Luke warm at best. Had been thrown together it looked like. Asked for everything on it but only got a pickle and lettuce Pickles were terrible. Worst hamburger I have had. Not impressed. Won't be going back.

Ordered through the app and did p/u at drive thru. Would've been very fast except the car in front took quite awhile. A separate window/area for p/u would be great. They have THE BEST poutine - only complaint was inability to order extra cheese curds for the poutine on the app.

Food was not cooked fully , but was replaced when brought to their attention. Food was not as good as it was. Both our stomachs became upset after. Service was so so. Staff seemed to be inexperience as well.

Good service. Hamburgers are quite tastey, but could be hotter in my opinion. They changed thier onion rings. Used to go there just for that. Now don't. My advice is go back to the thick and juicy rings you had before. These are too thin and well done. Cold before you get them home.

Given how busy the restaurant was, I'm impressed that things were moving as well as they were.
There were customers in the restaurant, waiting outside for pickups, and in the drive thru lane.
Yes, there was a wait, but given the circumstances and the number of customers, it went as well as could be expected.
Well done to the staff for being professional and courteous in stressful times!

For the fourth time now, I think it’s no coincidence the tap didn’t work and I’m handed the device where I’m prompted to a tip option. If you want tips go work in a restaurant waiting tables where the tips are deserved! I feel forced to leave a tip because I don’t know what you’ll do to my food if I don’t. Bad practice. Won’t be back.

Onion rings and Fries were both overcooked. They replaced the fries with soggy fries and a lot of very small burnt pieces that were in the bottom of the container. Very disappointed.

Prompt friendly service! I only gave 4/5 because the bacon wasn't crispy; however, it was still delicious.
