Boston Pizza

Good food, but due to supply issues a lot of items were not available so that made the visit a little frustrating. It's not Boston Pizzas fault though, there are supply issues everywhere these days. The reason for four stars is that I ordered a specific menu item and was told it was available and it's not what I received (i got something similar) and then was told that the item I had ordered was also in the list of unavailable due to supply issues. If I had been told that when I ordered, I likely would have changed my order. Other than that, this location is always clean. Waiting staff is friendly. Food is always hot and tastes great. It's a great family restaurant.

My friends and I were on a motorcycle ride. We stopped for a late lunch/early dinner. It was extremely hot out and after the server brought our drinks she then brought over refills of iced tea, ginger ale and water in pitchers without being asked. I thought that was a very nice thing to do. An example of a great server anticipating their guests needs. Great job.

Server was very good at his job; however didn't seem to care about concern brought forth and take it to manager though it seemed they wouldn't care anyways.Very upset as I feel mislead on the following: provided with menus and such with certain pricing so based my selections off that and learnt once billed that I was overcharged huge. Unfortunately didn't want to make stink to server but no resolve provided; charged for something and then got it refunded in cash vs back on card without the tax. This is too bad but be cautious. Signage outside still with offer dating back to March.

First I asked to make a reservation for 2 couples for the patio totally 4 people both from out of town, one couple from Paris, Ont and the other from Port Rowan and they responded we don't take reservations unless it's for a party of 8 or more! When we got there, there was 3 tables empty on the patio but the waitress said she would see if one table was available and get right back to us, she never returned but another waitress helped us. Another table close to us that arrived after us got feed first, maybe local regulars? Small plates were brought to us but one of the plates was dirty and had a sauce across it! (Gross) Yes a dirty plate and no compensation was offered on the bill or even a free desert, just a replacement plate! We ordered a Thai Wrap but they were out of Thai sauce, yes an alternative was offered and the food was average or moderate with a small quantity of fries as a side. All over not a good experience!

Normally I wouldn't take the time to review something but honestly I was kinda stunned I've been to bp a fair amount of times but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. my s/o had to share a menu which made it hard to pick drinks n food manly because by the time we hung are kids coats up they were asking for are drink order, maybe been sitting 2mins after scrambling to send off the drink order I then let me s/o have the menu while I use my phone to look up the menu online huge annoyance, then we sent are order off. Restaurants wasn't full and they sick us by the kitchen witch was so loud my s/o had a hard time talking but the icing on the cake was the kids food was forgotten so out of respect to my kids we sat thier waiting for are kids food before eating ours but that ment are food was cold. Honestly I have no interest in returning we are treated better at other restaurants an will be returning to them instead of BP from now on.
