Subway

Came in today, 10/08 around 2 PM. Staff working, a young woman and young man, were friendly and fast in getting us in and out, even with the toaster being down. On our way out, a man asked if we could buy him a sandwich and we thought “what the hey, it’s 7 bucks” and brought him in. The young woman working was with a customer at the register when random man approached and demanded he make her a sandwich. She directed him to the front of the line and said she would be with him shortly but he got kind of rude and said he would stay right where he was and she can make him a sandwich from there. The young man stepped in and said the same thing, that they would be with him shortly to which the random man pointed at the young woman saying “you need to listen to your coworker” and then turned to my boyfriend and I and tried to get us to side with him. We told him we didn’t see a problem with the situation and said they would be with him in just a moment. We still bought random man a sandwich because everyone has bad days and he needed the money more than we did. After we paid, the young woman ended up apologizing to the man and said she misunderstood what was going on to try and de-escalate things. Honestly girl, you didn’t do anything wrong and I know it took a lot of strength to apologize in that situation. These two deserve some comeuppance because I don’t know if I would have been so kind to him.

Absolutely the most kind and caring subway I have ever been to. They were there to assist me with navigating through the app, And made a delicious sandwich. The manager is extremely good at taking care of his customers and I am proud to say that I will be coming back to this location anytime I’m craving a good Subway sandwich!
