Just got home after the most appalling visit to Mawson lakes KFC!!! Right off the bat the customer service was terrible, wouldn’t let us order what we wanted even tho we have been getting the same thing for years, extremely slow to get food with much fuss, we’re asked twice at pick up window what we had ordered Final get home to eat to find that orders and wrong and chicken portions are tiny! Asked for extra salt on chips and taste like they are salt reduced, the chicken is also under cooked and pink just unbelievable I was told they are under new management, but I don’t think there was any management or experienced staff within 100m of the kitchen

Last night after my gym session I went to your restaurant and had a chicken burger meal it was so delicious you might have seen me there with my friend doing TikTok and I really love you music as well, the girls at the desk that serve us was amazing and friendly to us. I just had a good time just winding down and enjoy dancing at the restaurant some customers were laughing at me but I had fun. Thanks guys I’ll be coming back again soon

Very poor customer service. Girl taking order at window started yelling at me basically calling me a liar. Wouldn't have a job if it was working with me.will be taking this further only gave 1 star otherwise wouldn't let me post but they will probebly delete as they do with unfavourable truthful posts

We never get food from here anymore after numerous stuff-ups and bad service. Tonight was no different. Squished nuggets and chicken, Chips were squished to almost flat, at first claimed they DIDN'T HAVE chips? Also didn't come with the drink. Nothing but a disappointment, whole place needs to be re-evaluated.
