Normally really great food, but tonights pizza was absolutely pathetic. I asked for a super supreme with chicken and prawns. I should have asked for a prawn pizza because that was pretty much all that was on it besides the 3 tiny pieces of capsicum.... Not a happy customer.

I normally wouldn't say Pizza Hut staff are overly helpful or friendly they're quite often just kids earning some part time dollars or somebody who's English needs a little practice.. But tonight I was served by an older character named Colin. Colin was more than helpful. Showed a bit of personality while taking our order and we even struck up a conversation about the footy. not a robot ordering machine but a real bloke. put a smile on me and the missus face. Who cares what the pizza tastes like tonight . He did a great job. customer service like that is hard to find these days. Great work Colin

If I could give a 0 I would. The pizza tasted disgusting with some weird bolognase sauce. Was paper thin... 3 dollars extra for cheesy crust.... And to top it off ask for a menu and the lady at the counter couldn't understand my English and says here is Christmas coupon when I could see 2 different menus I said which one is new.... She just looked at me like a idiot. Never will go there again. My dog will be getting the pizza. Even thats cruel in my opinion. Dog food probably tastes better

The wait was a little longer than I'd expect, and the service was a little blunt. Still, the food was good and the people weren't unkind.
