i give it 4 stars because i was recommended a flavor that i didn't love. they should make sure to tell people smoothie flavors that are good. but the place was clean and my friends liked it and the people we super duper nice and they had straws. also it didn't smell like fermenting fruit so that's a serious +1

This Jamba Juice has declined so much in quality since it first opened. The hours have gotten shorter and shorter (seriously what breakfast place opens at 8am?!) , the staff is absolutely terrible with customer service, and it always takes forever to get my drink. Today I watched a cashier continually pay attention to making online orders and making sandwiches while I waited in line for 5+ mins as the only person in line, they never even acknowledged my presence and the person making the actual smoothies is the only one who said they’d be right with me. It would have taken a max of 1 minute to take my order, she could have easily done it while one of the sandwiches were cooking. I don’t know if they were a new employee but regardless, you should not be putting new employees on the register at 9am, and there’s needs to be a dedicated person for taking care of online orders since the regular staff is clearly swamped. I’d rather waste time and drive all the way across town to the one on S. Main because that one is such a more pleasant experience.

So I decided to order through our mobile app, to avoid being for long periods of time since i have a compromised immune system. I go in there tonight to pickup my mobile order and there was 3 girl customers in front of me that weren't wearing their masks properly, not covering their nose and the employee at Jamba juice didn't even tell them to fix their masks. Yes the employees were very kind and the girl confirmed my order. But, overall I do think the employees should enforce the mask rule thoroughly because as I was leaving there was another customer entering and I just feel the employees should tell them to wear their masks properly. I just have a concern of not wanting to get sick and possibly die because of having a compromised immune system and the employees not really enforcing the rule.

Wasn't very good, and it wasn't filled to the top of the cup. For what is being paid, they should do a bit better at measuring for accuracy as to how much will fill the cup. Overall, it was very flavorless. That actually surprised me given the location, but I've had better from where I'm from in the Midwest. It was just a simple banana berry smoothie, so I figured that was simple enough that it would have tasted better.

Awesome choices! I haven't been to a Jamba franchise for about 6 years and my hubby made us stop by because we had one of those school fundraiser cards. The smoothies were yummy and sweet, I got something made just with fruits and hubby got one made from peanut butter, bananas and cocoa (not sure about this last ingredient) and after checking the caloric contents the next day cos I wanted us to stop by again over the weekend, I swore to never return, gosh, that's such dangerous sugar and cholesterol levels!!! However, 5 stars for the nice customer service.
