They messed up my drink and instead of replacing it, gave me the ingredients in another cup, insisting they cannot remake drinks. FTR, my drink is a mocha with whip. It's not complicated.

Thanks for my soggy cup & lid that wouldn’t even remain on cup. Spilt all down the sides and dripped on pants. Luckily it’s Saturday morning errands and not on my way to work.
Unfortunate mishap here because their service was friendly and fast.

Hello, I'm a 60yr old man, caregiver for my deaf 95yr old mother. I've just had a frustrating attempt to buy a coffee via your drive thru Salem Oregon. (this location)
The employee failed to grasp my clear concise order, she made me repeat my order four times.
A family outside drinking their coffee heard the exchange laughing. I replied its easier getting across with my deaf mother then ordering a simple coffee pastry here.
Then a different voice came on the speaker, a young man, he said he wasn't going to make me my coffee because I was rude.
I suggest you retrain on customer service, it is sorely needed.

Very terrible. I ordered hey hot grande macchiato and got a cold ice cream only no coffee . Did not get a free drink back nor my money will tell everybody!!!

This is one of the few Starbucks that always gets my mobile orders right! There is nothing worse then ordering a coffee and it being wrong when you're on your way down the road! Also very organized and clean since covid.

Every Sunday we go to this Starbucks. The music is loud and inappropriate. When I ask them to please turn it from rap I’m challenged with the attitude that “it’s 80s”. I was young in the 80s and wouldn’t listen to that music. Creating an atmosphere appropriate for clients up at 7AM on a Sunday would be appreciated.
